You have the option of saving an employee photo. This can also be used in the visitor welcome message. A photo can be imported or captured directly using a webcam. Thanks to the integrated facial recognition capability, an ideal crop of the picture will be suggested.

The following points should be noted regarding the allocation of users: An employee can be allocated a vistrax user using the “User” function. This allocation can limit data access for the respective vistrax user. If the access permissions “Employees only” and/or “Department only” in the permissions category “Data Access” are applied, the vistrax user will only see visits directly related to his/her allocated employee or the department of this employee.
