User Account
Here you can set your user name and password. The option of changing your password is only available if the user authentication type is not “LDAP / ADS”.

Passwords entered in vistrax and stored in the database must be moderately complex: 1 uppercase letter (A..Z), 1 lowercase letter (a … z), 1 number (0 … 9) and at least 10 characters.User Interface

- Auto View Refresh
The interval set for cyclical refreshing of views in the interface

The timeout set for filtering after last key-press.
- Database Clock
The vistrax system time can be shown in the menu area. This time is relevant for all check-in and check-out processes

Cultural Settings

General interface language. - Units
Choose between metric (mm) and imperial (in). These units are used for the preparation of visitor documents and print templates. - Dictionary language

Logging
Here you can manage the recording of application functions. Only change these settings if you are requested to do so by vistrax support
Caching
