CHAPTER 4: Status Symbols on the Kiosk

In the event that a problem occurs while the kiosk is running, this is indicated via a discreet symbol on the kiosk screen. The following symbols can appear:

There is no connection to the database specified.

The database version is not compatible with the version of vistraxKiosk being used; data cannot be retrieved.

The database is in maintenance mode, data cannot be retrieved.
