The vistrax Admin configuration can be reached via the system menu (program symbol in the left upper corner of the program).
Here you have options including language settings. You can also reset all view positions and notifications
vistrax supports the direct acquisition of image data (i.e. company and mandator logos, visitor and employee pictures). Chapter 4 “Image Acquisition”.
Here you can manage the settings of the log file. Select the status “Enabled” if you wish logging to be performed. The level of logging can be set using the corresponding check box. It is recommended that logging always be performed at level 4. This allows the precise causes of possible faults to be determined using the log file. To view the log, click “View”.
