CHAPTER 3: Status Symbols on the Welcome Screen

In the event that a problem occurs while welcome messages are being displayed, this is indicated via a discreet symbol on the welcome screen. The following symbols can appear:

There is no connection to the database specified.

The database version is not compatible with the version of vistraxWelcome being used; data cannot be retrieved.

The database is in maintenance mode, data cannot be retrieved.
